Mai Pham, chef and founder of the award-winning Northern California restaurants Lemon Grass and Star Ginger created a line of authentic recipes from Southeast Asia with traditional ingredients such as lemongrass, tamarind, cilantro, Thai basil, fish sauce, ginger and gochujang,   available in the freezer. They offer six entrees: Lemongrass Chicken Stir-Fry, Shrimp Pad Thai, Korean-Style Grilled Chicken, Beef & Broccoli Noodles, Chicken Pad Thai and Chicken & Broccoli Noodles. One package serves two.

One serving contains 230 to 370 calories, 0.5 to 1.5 grams saturated fat (of 2.5 to 8 grams total), 970 to 1150 milligrams sodium and 10 to 23 grams protein. They are a good sources of fiber with 3 to 4 grams per serving.
