Bubble Chocolate

Bubble Chocolate appears as a normal chocolate bar, but has hundreds of tiny bubbles on the inside . It’s initially quite odd; the candy bars are so huge, almost twice as thick as a 100 gram bar, but only weighing 80 grams. The chocolate is amazingly lightweight, and you then realize that they’re almost 50% air.

The honeycomb-esqe structure makes it so that Bubble Chocolate really does melt in-your-mouth. The intense chocolate sensation is more immediate than with a normal candy bar, the flavor bursting forward as the airy candy rapidly melts on your tongue. Choices currently include Dark & Milk Chocolates. And, as I usually find that I gravitate towards the darker side of the chocolate force, Bubble Chocolate proved no different.

The Dark Chocolate bar has a beautifully natural and smoky aroma; its sweet and surprisingly creamy for a dark cacao offering. There is an almost baked-consistency to the bar, as its airy texture mimics a rising cake batter. The Milk Chocolate bar is a great deal sweeter than the dark, and also exceptionally smooth. The use of Vanillin instead of real vanilla is the only notable compromise in the Bubble Chocolate. All around an interesting experience in chocolate, another notch in the old chocolate belt; the very different texture certainly offers a different perspective on the flavor of chocolate.

Additionally, aerated chocolate can be great for dieters who still crave that occasional piece of candy. They’re twice as big with half the calories, satisfying and not so bad for you.

The images you use I think are from the last time someone tried to launch Bubble chocolate in 2006 , The latest ‘all new’ Bubble chocolate launch of 2009 has different packaging. It is now made in Belarus a former client state of the Soviet Union. I have never tried Russian or similar chocolate before and was interested in your thoughts.

Does anyone actually know where Belarus is? I wonder why they chose Belarus to get their chocolate from, I don’t know if it has a strong histroy in chocolate making

I know in many countire this sort of product is not allowed to make diet claims as it is the same as ordinary chocolate oz for oz I am surprised that they would want to claim any diet properties I would think that they would be setting themselves up for legal action as it is just chocolate
