Smartwater sparkling

Smartwater introduced a sparkling version of their water. In other words, its carbonated water with added electrolytes. The water is vapor-distilled necessitating the addition of electrolytes (calcium, magnesium and potassium) only for taste.

There’s no clinical research about added hydration benefits. Not worth the extra price over other bottled waters.
