Challenge Butter offers two new varieties, Sea Salt and Cracked Pepper and Lite Butter. These spreadable butters are made with olive oil; the Lite version provides fewer calories and less fat than regular butter. 

Each 1 tablespoon serving has about 50-100 calories, 2-6 grams saturated fat (of 5.5-11 grams total) and 65-90 milligrams sodium.
