“My husband is on a sodium restricted diet and regular soups have SO much sodium. The Health Valley soups have a little as 50 mg of sodium per 1 cup. They are full of flavor. We often just add some cooked brown rice or whole grain pasta to two cans for a wonderful lunch or light supper. They are more expensive; however, if you compare them to a frozen meal, they are comparable. For vegetarians, they are a boon. Please do review them.”
