PRESS Lounge is hosting a Fourth of July celebration complete with unobstructed PRESS Loungeviews of the fireworks over the Hudson River in Manhattan.

The festivities will feature an open bar and local farm-sourced American cuisine from Chefs Charles Rodriguez and Heather Carlucci-Rodriguez at $300 per person that includes the following passed appetizers and buffet menu available from 6 to 10 pm.

Appetizers:

Tempura shrimp sweet hot mustard
Ricotta and cherry tomatoes crostini
Seared filet of beef with horseradish crème fraiche on cheese puff
Lobster tacos with chipotle mayo and pickles
Grilled Lamb skewers with tomatillo sauce

Americana Buffet:
Barbeque roasted chickens
Cole Slaw
Corn bread
Roasted pork
Heirloom tomato salad with basil, feta cheese
Green market salad with red wine vinaigrette
Duck fat roasted potatoes with mushrooms and herbs
Sautéed zucchini and squash with almonds and mint

Dessert
Sweets, chocolates, ice cream sandwiches.

PRESS Lounge is located on the sixteenth floor above their sister property, PRINT Restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen at 653 11th Avenue at West 48th Street, with views up and down the Hudson and of midtown to the east. Dine at their sister property, PRINT restaurant prior to the fireworks for $225/person rooftop admission per person.
