I am very sensitve to gluten. I tried thinking of everything I was consuming that was still causing me bloat and cramping. I found these gluten free Kettle Cuisine soups in Whole Foods, and the results I got was amazing. Not only did my symptoms clear up, but these soups taste like homemade, not at all like the grocery store “soup in a can”, and best of all they are so versatile. I use one every every evening for my dinner, and add grass fed beef, for example, to the tomato vegetable soup to make a complete meal. I do the same with the potato/mushroom. My very favorite is the New England Clam Chowder.
