QI Thai Grill — which just opened in Williamsburg — serves up many dishes inspired by the authentic street food stalls of Thailand with menus designed by chefs Pichet Ong and Sripraphai.

A four-foot Ganesha (elephant-headed Thai deity) atop a four-sided waterfall serves as the center piece of this renovated 4000-square foot warehouse. It’s a combination of artisan crafted wood and contemporary details. The two-tiered, 200-seat eatery will feature a live DJ at night.

In addition to a full classic Thai menu, the restaurant offers up a Kin Lehnn (small plates) selection, ideal for sharing or simply experiencing a wide scope of tastes. Top Chef Just Desserts judge Pichet Ong isn’t doing just desserts either; he has designed nine offerings of Pihng Yahng (grilled dishes).

Dishes include Pork Satay (Mooh Sa-teyh), served with toasted bread, peanut sauce and cucumber chutney; Grilled Pork Jaw (Kor Mooh Yahng) with spicy tamarind dipping sauce; Spicy Pork Trotter with Fresh Herbs (Kee Mao kah Mooh) sautéed pork, basil, Thai chili, young pepper corn and chili; and Banana Date Upside Down Cake (Brulee banana, rum infused dates, salted caramel, dark beer ice cream, Oreo soil).
