Good Karma, a local Park City favorites, offers al fresco dining, which I recently took advantage of  for brunch.

Along with freshly brewed coffee ($3), I sampled the Bollywood Burrito, a spinach tortilla stuffed with scrambled eggs, too few black beans for me and — to moisten it — some ranchero sauce. A spicy  Indo-Mexican tomato salsa (a vindaloo sauce), a refreshing watermelon slice and crispy Yukon Gold potato accompanied the hearty breakfast special ($10.95).

My dining companion ordered the locals’ favorite ($9.95) of cinnamon-battered challah French toast, two scrambled eggs and 2 slices of honey-cured bacon. Each of the offered flavorings added to the price: fresh banana ($2) and maple syrup ($1) to top the French toast and cheddar cheese in the eggs ($1).

My only complaint is that Utah liquor laws — like many states —  forbid the serving of alcohol on Sunday until noon, so we missed sampling the ($4) bloody Mary’s as we had opted to brunch at 10 am.
