Restauranteur Harry Morton has partnered up with one of Las Vegas’ best-loved food trucks – Fukuburger – to create a sit-down eatery version in Hollywood. The new eatery — just like the food truck — offers a rock n’ roll vibe along with gourmet Japanese/American comfort food.
Fukuburger is located at 1634 Cahunega Blvd. – between Sunset and Hollywood Blvd. – and features a menu focused on six burgers including the signature Fuku-burger, Tamago, Buta-Burger, Kinoko and Karai.
