Met an old friend in the theatre district for a quick lunch at her friend’s family place in the Edison Hotel on 47th Street. Cafe Edison is like stepping back in time, reminding me of Jewish establishment
I opted for the Whitefish salad platter ($10.75) with such heaping portions of coleslaw, potato salad and white fish salad that I packed half of it. What I did eat was deliciously freshly made.
A great coffee shop in the theatre district that won’t break the bank
