BGR The Burger Joint in West Hartford, Connecticut is launching a college special for students from the University of Hartford, St. Joseph’s and other area institutes of higher education. Every day students with their ID can get a prime beef burger, fries and a drink (free refills!) for just $7.99. “Thirsty Thursdays” is a Burger and Brew night where students can get a beer and a burger for $9.99 from 5:00 pm to closing.
