  • Rotunda’s Whiskey Sour : Maker’s Mark Infused with lemon verbena tea, fresh citrus mix of lime, lemon and yuzu, pasteurized egg white and old aromatic butters
  • My Far Lady of Cafe Pierre: Bacardi Light Rum, Disaronno Amaretto and pineapple juice
  • The Pierre Sparkle: Tanqueray Ten, Lychee Liqueur, St Germain & Champagne
  • Star of Taj: Bombay Sapphire Gin, Chartreuse Green Tenneyson Absinthe, Creme de Cassis, passion fruit, orange juice, Indian spice mix of curry leaves, cardamom and peppercorns – shown here, flaming!
