Chef Joel Robuchon is consulting chef for Steve Hansen’s mochinew just-opened Flatiron Japanese restaurant Kibo with Darrell Raymond (from Buddakan) as tIMG-20111005-00577-1he executive chef. The restaurant features theJapanese Robata grill, a sushi bar along with noodle and small plate selections; 100 varieties of sake plus wine and beer.
