“Are you busy for lunch today?” my friend emailed. “Am dreaming about a lobster 
roll at Pearl Oyster…”
Once I conjured up an image of Rebecca Charles’ delectable lobster roll and shoestring fries, my mouth started salivating. “Not busy,” I wrote back and made plans to head to Cornelia Street for one of my favorite sandwiches.
The last lobster roll I ate was the mini one Rebecca serves each year at the September “A Second Helping of Life” SHARE event. I couldn’t wait for a whole one.
The chunks of lobster with a soupçon of mayo in a buttered split hotdog bun was as delicious and satisfying as always.
