I’d suggest skipping breakfast at The Barking Dog, unless you enjoy being treated quite rudely.

Two of the three of us had arrived for breakfast, yet we were told we couldn’t sit or wait inside until all three of us were there — even though 90% of the tables were empty, and we wanted to order coffee.

Breakfast itself was okay, although our omelet($12.50) contained mozzarella, tomato and shredded zucchini instead of the feta, tomato and spinach we ordered. We would have told that to the server if she ever reappeared. That omelet came with a huge fresh (albeit cold) biscuit and undercooked hash-brown potatoes.

The Belgian waffle came sans a topping, with a small monkey dish with five cubes of melon.

And once we finished, they were quick to clear the table and then told us to leave! Rude is an understatement.
