Kristabelli restaurant in the heart of Midtown, is debuted Juga, an upscale lounge offering an intimate and chic retreat for the nightlife crowds.
Juga, which translates to ‘drinking house’ in Korean, occupies the second floor of Kristabelli and boasts its own menu of small bites and hand-crafted cocktails, as well as a private, karaoke room. Juga is a perfect venue for private events, post-work drinks, or a night on the town with friends. The space, along with the adjoining karoke room, has become a go-to spot for A-list celebrities and socialites to let loose, with clientele including Academy Award winner Leornardo DiCaprio, Guns and Roses drummer Matt Sorum, Supermodel Erin O’Connor, Sports Illustrated Model Kenza Fourati, DJ Cory Kennedy and actress Byrdie Bell.
The venue’s décor is sleek and inviting, a black and chrome lounge complete with a crystal-topped full-service bar and transparent mod-inspired bar stools. Juga’s unique cocktail list includes tried and true favorites as well as specialty Korean liquors such as Makgeolli, Korean rice wine, in flavors like Yuja and strawberry. The lounge is open Monday – Wednesday, 5 – 11 pm, Thursday 5 pm – 1 am, Friday – Saturday 5 pm to 3 am.
