Georgette Farkas — Daniel Boulud’s former director of public relations — just opened Rotisserie Georgette on the upper east side, currently for dinner only. According to Georgette, she’ll begin serving lunch on November 29. No date is set yet for the start of brunch.
Rotisserie Georgette a French restaurant with a focus on the rotisserie, one that I hear is visible in the open kitchen. Her chef, David Malbequiis a both a Boulud and Tourondel empire veteran.
