FoodParc LogoFoodParc, a large modern indoor/outdoor food court, debuted at Eventi Hotel in September. This 20,000-square-foot venue consists of five food-and-beverage stands.

You can enjoy burgers, thick-cut bacon BLT’s, grilled cheese, beer and floats dumplings at 3Bs; potstickers, Chinese BBQ spareribs, pastrami-filled egg rolls and other Asian fare at RedFram Stand; salads, flatbread sandwiches, pastas and other Italian goodies at Fornetti; coffee, tea, pastries and gelato at The Pres; or beer, cocktail or wine selections from the full-service bar.

You can order from the cashier at each stand or from any of the stations at the same time at an electronic kiosk (aka computer screen) where you place your order and pay.  Then, either watch for your order number on the overhead display panels or request a text to your phone when your food is ready.

The day I sampled the fare during a pre-opening party, the computers spit out blank receipts — something I’m sure they rectified before the official opening. My other issue: when I ordered from more than one stand, the food wasn’t ready at the same time, leaving me standing there holding the bag of hot food, just waiting.
But what I sampled was really good — not what I expected from a food court.  I recommend it for a quick bite when in the area.
