Corvo Bianco — “white crow” in Italian —  brings coastal Italian fare to the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Executive Chef and James Beard-nominated Elizabeth Falkner turns out both authentic and inspired takes on Italian cuisine that highlight fresh seafood, bright flavors, and handmade pasta. The beverage program boasts draft and bottled craft beer and  a 120-bottle wine list curated by Wine Director Enrique Duran—30 of which are priced at $33. Mixologist Michael Neff created a number of signature cocktails including the “Negroni Leoni,” with Solera rum, Joven mezcal, Campari, and sweet vermouth.

The 225-seat space, inspired by Italy’s charming osterias and terraces, preserved much of the building’s original architecture and integrity. Corvo Biaco is located at 446 Columbus Avenue, at 81st Street in the historic Endicott Hotel.
