After an amazing tour at the Museum of Jewish Heritage, our ex.expat group walked a few blocks to a happy hour at One40 rooftop. The weather was nice enough for us to sit outside, with views of the Hudson.

Their happy hour offers fresh oysters ($15/dozen) or a mini cheeseboard ($14) along with five appetizers (3 for $35), including tuna tartare on crisps, chili-lime shrimp skewers and super-crispy zucchini spears with a spicy tomato sauce.


I’d recommend a visit.
