Plastics Make it Possible, an initiative sponsored by the American Chemistry Council, is hosting the contest to win two tickets to the 2010 Aspen Food & Wine Classic. Aspen_Giveaway Click here to enter and answer the question:

“How do you use plastics to create your favorite foods or memorable parties?”

Whether it’s a favorite kitchen gadget or an avant-garde new cooking technique, all entrants should be creative and can include links to photos and videos of how plastics improve their culinary and entertaining experiences.

The contest closes at 11:59 p.m. MT on June 3, 2010. The winner will be announced on June 4 at  the plastics website.
