I had people visiting that love to cook and we had pancakes the morning after Christmas made with your low fat low cholestrol buttermilk blend. Everyone enjoyed breakfast so much. A couple of days later my daughter made Dutch chocolate cookies that must have been very delicious because they were all gone when I got home that evening. There are so many uses for this product that I had not realized until we started using it.
