I live on disability now and although you can sometimes find bread cheap, I will always prefer to make my own and know what goes in it. To be able to make it whole grain but taste like white is a great idea. I make many homemade gifts for people and sometimes it can be difficult to get people to try what looks healthy even if they know it's better for them. This is a great way to introduce them to it. It's wonderful to have new products that meet varied needs. Eagle Mills flour with Ultragrain looks like a wonderful product.
