If this cheese is the thin slice I use to get at the butcher’s, circa 1955, that would make my salivary just go off, I would like to taste the best.
Cabot does have package slices that you can find in the dairy case or you can get it sliced from the deli case but it depends where you live. Please let me know where you are from and I can let you know where the cheese would be available in your area.
I have become addicted to Cabot Extra Sharp Cheese. Although I have never had the honor of consuming their Private Stock, I would willingly give it a try. Cabot Rules!

I purchase a Cabot cheese at Costco in a two pound block, its just called “3-year cheddar” is this cheese available in the 3/4 oz individually packages?

My favorite besides the Cabot Clothbound cheddar is the 3-year cheddar! Only the Sharp Cheddar and the 50% Reduced Fat cheddar are available in the 3/4 ounce packages.

I have become addicted to Cabot Cheddar Private Stock, my brother gets is at Costco foe me. I can not find it any where else in Miami, and online the shipping is very costly, any idea if they sale it in any market in Miami.
