Attend a tapas reception at Delia in honor of Claire Criscuolo, author, chef and well known restaurateur and owner of Claire’s and BASTA in New Haven.

The reception will be held on Sunday, April 29, 2012 from 5:30 – 8:00 p.m at Delia, the Viking Center of New England, 4 Laser Road, Wallingford. Claire will be introduced by Jane Stern, co-author of dozens of cookbooks and best known for her “Roadfood” series and “Roadfood” column in Gourmet Magazine and emceed by Emmy-winning TV journalist Jocelyn Mimenta.

In addition to a silent auction, guests will enjoy complimentary wine provided by The Wine Thief,  and indulge in tapas prepared by some of Connecticut’s most well-respected chefs:

The dessert station will feature Claire’s famous delectable desserts from her new cookbook. All participants will receive Claire’s newest book, “Welcome to Claire’s 35 years of Recipes and Reflections from the Landmark Vegetarian Restaurant!”
