Sara Lee Soft & Smooth Plus Made with DHA Omega-3 Bread is made with Whole Grain White and 100% Whole Wheat. Sara Lee Soft & Smooth Plus Made with DHA Omega-3 breads will be the first nationally distributed bread of its kind. Both varieties contain 12mg of DHA Omega-3 per serving, which is 10% or greater than suggested daily amount for kids, depending on age, ranging from 1-13 — requirements based on research that showed a role for DHA to support healthy brain development during those early years when it makes a difference. The new bread has a mild taste, soft texture and light color along with a balanced diet provides some benefits of whole grain nutrition DHA Omega-3 and calcium.

    Hi All. Taking any bread, loaded with pro inflammatory omega 6 fats, with minimal quantities of anti inflammatory omega 3 fats is like taking some poison with you multivitamin.

    The idea with taking omega 3 fats is to balance the omega 6/omega 3 unbalance we have in our modern diets. Never to add more omega 6 fats.
