Revolution foods introduced Lunch Bundles in four different kits for kids, featuring a protein (cheese and/or meat or chickpeas, soy nuts or no-nut butter), some whole grains and fruit & veggies without artificial flavors or preservatives. Three are gluten-free.

Each contains 450 to 570 calories, 6 to 12 grams saturated fat (of 21 to 33 grams total), 230 to 560 milligrams sodium and 11 to 16 grams protein. All are also good sources of fiber and iron; two are  excellent sources of calcium.

Kristine James, intern at Bite of the Best: My kids enjoyed these packaged meals, which are healthier than the conventional ones that contain processed cheese, meat and crackers. The varieties with the trail mix and the chocolate covered raisins were the biggest hits.
