Progresso Recipe Starters are a line of cooking sauces that are available in five flavors: Creamy Parmesan Basil, Creamy Roasted Garlic with Chicken Stock, Fire Roasted Tomato, Cream Portabella Mushroom and Creamy Three Cheese.

Each 4.4-ounce serving contains 50-90 calories, 0-2 grams saturated fat (of 1.5-7 grams total) and 340-440 milligrams sodium.
