I like it because it is not too sweet and is easy to add other ingredients to it such as roasted green peppers, corn and or sour cream. Very hearty and fullfilling! When I finally showed them the package of Pamela's Cornbread & Muffin Mix, they were dumbfounded that my "icky" gluten-free food actually tasted so good that I could dupe them! LOL! I LOVE PAMELA'S!!
