Natural Harmony Foods SoLean products are made from a variety of natural lean ground meats including: turkey, pork, cow, chicken and seafood. The products also incorporate a soy protein into the mixture that helps to provide a high-protein breakfast item. The SoLean products are available in Super Target and other stores nationwide. Prices vary per item and per store location.

The Sausage, Egg and Cheese is really good and it has 70% less fat than the drive thru equivalent. No taste sacrifice and healthy too.
The taste of these breakfast items is amazing. You simply can’t get better tasting food that is this healthy for you and so convenient.
Love it. They need to get into more stores though. A++++++

OMG! These easy-to-go meals give you a filling feeling, but also leave you well nourished with all the natural ingredients. This is definitely going to surpass Lean Pockets and Hot Pockets.

I was skeptical at first, because I hadn’t heard anything about the product really, but after trying it, it was actually pretty good I will admit. If it is really as healthy as they say then I would definitely recommend this it to anyone. It was very convienient, I would like to some more products though.

I have tried some of the solean products and they taste like unhealthy food, which usually tastes better to me. So it is nice to have a healthy alternative for regular cheeseburgers, and sausage and eggs sandwitches, that taste like the real thing. It’s about time.
Diabetes runs in my family so this alternative to McD’s is great. I just hope some more supermarkets where I live now will carry them. Unfortunately, they don’t at the moment.
For people on weight watchers,you cannot believe the low points in these products. And they taste good too.

love it…actually it has helped me lose weight. I like the sausage egg and cheese muffin more than the others but all of them are delicious. Very easy meal especially when you’re on the go. I believe this company is on to something and think they should definitely come out with more products.
My friend introduced me to SoLean products. Now I buy them everytime I go to the grocery store. My husband and kids love eating them because they taste good and are incredibly easy to make.
Solean has the taste my family loves, without the nasty additives other grab and go foods have.

I love the Suasage and cheese pouch’s.
They taste great, are competitively priced, and so easy to make. 1 minute in the microwave and I grab my breakfast to go!
