“Mama Manju’s Salsa is a small family owned and operated business based out of Chester, CT. The original salsa is my great aunt, Manju Patel’s recipe that she created for our restaurant (1983-1990)”, wrote Sonal Miller.
“We use all natural and fresh ingredients. We have four types available for retail at the moment: Medium, Hot & Zesty, Black Bean & Corn, and Fandango Mango. Our salsas have won a few Connecticut Specialty Food Awards as well!”
