Krusteaz introduced a new line of gluten free mixes that includes Buttermilk Pancake, Blueberry Muffin, Double Chocolate Brownie and Honey Cornbread and Muffin. Each is easy to make — just simply adding water, oil and the yeast.

I recommend both the gluten-free rich brownies and the moist cornbread (more of a corncake). Skip the chemically tasting blueberry muffins and the ordinary flatbread.
