Grain-Free JK Gourmet takes gluten-free eating one step further; all grains have been eliminated from our ingredients. We use only nuts, seeds and fruit in our recipes, and have eliminated all refined sugars; we sweeten our products with honey only. Also available is our finely-ground Almond flour, ideal for baking and cooking, as well as our Granola (available in 5 flavors).
