Ok first of all I just want to say thank GOD!! I finally found a gluten free bread that doesn’t taste like card board!!!!!!!!! when I first had a bite I was like WOW this is good then I toasted it and added my strawberry fruit spread from Trader Joes my favorite store!! and it was off the hook, so I HAD to go and buy the cinnamon raisin and the honey multigrain and the also the white I like them ALL and will still with this brand always. I’m still in shock how good it is. The down fall is you only get like eight slices and I would like a whole loaf not half, but it is worth EVERY PENNEY!!!!
Adding my two cents to the above, not only does it taste good, but I believe each slice has less calories than many of the other GF breads. That always added insult to injury; not only did it taste like cardboard, but it added way too many calories. I’d rather do without, thank you very much. But not now. And, I do like the small size loaf because I don’t eat alot of breads, but it’s nice to keep a small loaf in the freezer. This way it’s used up quicker with less chance of freezer burn or off taste.
Wow! I have been searching for this since I went GF 3 years ago. Have tried making my own, but haven’t come up with anything this soft and still has the fiber content.
Toasted a slice of this today and ate it with butter. I think it is a bit pricey, and each slice is 3 Weight Watcher points, but it is worth it.
