Thank you for the bag of White Whole Wheat Flour. This is the first whole grain flour I\'ve used that isn\'t really grainy. My husband is not big on whole grain products because he doesn\'t like the grit. I made homemade pizza crust with the flour, topped the pizza with venison pepperoni, organic mini-bella mushrooms, homemade pizza sauce, homegrown onions and mozzarella cheese. My husband\'s first comment was \"this crust has a really nice flavor.\" Then I told him it was made with whole wheat flour. I will defiantly be using Eagle Mills flour from now on. Thank you for making a great product.
