Surprised I was returning from vacation when I got the email saying I had won the yummy Cabot cheese.  My family lovessss cheese, so this was a wonderful item for us to win!  It arrived in a great chilled box.  It had 4 difference types of cheddar.  One horseradish, one sharp cheddar, one chipolte cheddar and one other type of cheddar.  There were large bars and we will be taking to our Thanksgiving celebration to share with family and friends.  The little snack size bars were regular and lower fat cheddar and we have been loving those on crackers as yummy snacks.  The chipolte, with a bit of cream was used last evening to make a quick queso for some taquitoes.  This was just a wonderful gift package.  Thank you very much.  It has been appreciated more than you can know.

I was tickled to receive the email saying that I WON!  I never win

anything so it really made my day.  When my package arrived I was

even more thrilled to see it contained the Saco buttermilk and chocolate

canisters.  There was the added surprise of the measuring spoons

scoops.  For Thanksgiving, I used the chocolate to make a chocolate

zucchini  walnut bread and it came out delicious.  Thank you so much

for the prize!

I made the whole wheat buttermilk pancakes and my kids said they're almost as good as Grandma's! No better compliment than that. Being a military family, we only see them once a year and breakfast with all the cousins is definitely a thing to remember. Thank you for making them think of it on a 'normal morning!'
