Join Langham hotel (located at 1401 S. Oak Knoll Ave., Pasadena, CA) tomorrow Wednesday, October 19, 2011 as they host a “Farm to Table” dinner featuring beer from Craftsman Brewing Company and the cooking of Chef de Cuisine Erick Schuster of The Terrace restaurant. Dinner is five-course tasting menu paired with a variety of Craftsman beers including 1903 Lager, Heavenly Hefe, Sour Grapes, Oktoberfest and more.
Throughout the dinner, Chef Schuster and Brewer Mark Jilg of Craftsman Brewing Company will explain the characteristics of each dish and beer pairing. The evening begins with a cocktail reception in the hotel’s Lobby Lounge at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 7 p.m. in The Terrace. The dinner is $95 per person including beer pairings.
