Erewhon: Strawberry Crisp – Gluten Free

Recently when looking for new products for my Supermarket Sweep column in Better Homes & Garden’s Diet issue, I sampled Erewhon Gluten Free Strawberry Crisp cereal. It’s quite tasty and not too sweet. The cereal, made with organic grains, features freeze-dried strawberries and lightly sweetened brown rice and corn flakes — it would appeal to anyone. One serving contains 120 calories, 0.5 grams fat and a modest 6 grams sugar.
