May 19, 2009Devisch-Lal Belgian Chocolates. They are natural and hand-made, and they are especially nice because many of the chocolates have a pretty art design/picture on top! They are my favorite now because of the amazing taste, but they make a great gift because they look awesome. They are imported from Belgium. They sell at Shirokiya and some cafes in Honolulu (I think Mix cafe), but I order them online at devischlal.com —
