Join DELICA Sushi Chef Mikiko Ando on Saturday, November 5, 2011 from 5:30 – 7:30 pm for Sushi 101. Participants will learn through a hands-on class how to prepare handrolls, temarizushi and other specialized sushi styles. Afterward take home these tips to impress friends and family! Class fee is $100 that includes all ingredients and supplies.
