The flatbread, which come in two flavors, 8 grain and Italian Herb, contains 100 calories, 0 grams of saturated fat, and 8 grams of whole grains per serving. Available in most markets except the Southeast and South Central States.

bonnie: It’s a bit confusing at first, but the 100 calories and 8 gram whole grains are in only HALF a flatbread.

Oddly , these are sweetened with Stevia.
