As our online foodie community continues to grow, we’ve kind of lost track of what we are and exactly what to call ourselves. Readers were excited by the food reviews, interactive postings and free contests… but they kept asking for more. As our readers asked, we’ve delivered, and entirely new sections have emerged. From the original <strong>FeaturedBites,</strong> we’ve expanded to include additional sections: <strong>Tidbites</strong> (restaurants reviews, food news, festivals, recalls, cookbooks, etc.); <strong>Bite of the Rest</strong> (new products); <strong>Marketplace</strong> (coupons, freebies and more) and <strong>Shop</strong> (online retail shopping).
<p>
As we are soon to introduce our newest sections (<strong>Recipes</strong> and <strong>FoodForum</strong>) and rename two of the old (<strong>Marketplace</strong> now will be called <strong>Freebies,</strong> and <strong>Shop</strong> now will be the <strong>Markeplace</strong><strong> </strong>), we’ve decided that our site needs a slightly new identity. For years we have been discussing whether our tagline actually describes what we’re doing anyway: <em>Bite of the Best: an interactive site featuring outstanding products we’ve tried and recommend.</em> Though an accurate portrayal of how our website began and a description of our FeatureBites, this tagline seems a bit of an antiquated caption for what our website actually is.

But, what is BiteoftheBest.com?

Well, we’ve got reviews of outstanding products, lists of new products, showcases of reader suggestions, nationwide restaurant reviews, food news, contests, coupons, giveways, recipes, forums, gadgets, an online store and even more to come!

So, what is BiteoftheBest.com? We’re an online food Mecca, a foodie nexus, an informed “culinarination,” a true one-stop shop for all your “epicuriosities”…. A site without a proper tagline!
