Each year, Cabot Cheese produces a limited amount of OU Kosher-for-Passover Sharp Cheddar. The cheese is certified by the Orthodox Union.

    This is a tasty product, a cut above most Kosher-certified cheese and well-priced to boot. It’s good for nibbling and strong enough to hold its own in cooking. I buy a case or two each year and share it with family and friends. Just wish it were available in local stores….

    This sounds delicious and I love Cabot’s cheese so I certainly would buy this.
