This is one of the best cheddar cheeses I've ever had (and that says a lot because I nomally only by Oregon cheddars). Each night I came home and sliced a piece off to nibble on. It was a heavenly treat. I also used it as a topping on a casserole. Delicious! I read on the label that properly wrapped and stored it in the refrigerator, it would last for several months. Ha ha ha! This cheese was completely eaten within two weeks! I won this recently in the Bite of the Best contes.
